Hampstead Garden

The garden is constructed from in-situ concrete, glass and limestone. I have always been influenced by the Italian architect, Carlo Scarpa, and his fascination for materials. In this garden the in-situ concrete loses its uncompromising quality and becomes softened by the rich colours of the planting.

The house is altered to an extremely high standard by Eldridge Smerin Architects.
